Perfect start to school holidays!!

It's a beautiful, perfect, gorgeous, stunning...do we need more adjectives?...YES! It's a pearla of a day up here today!!
At Whakapapa the Waterfall Express and Waterfall T-Bars will open for the season this morning. And so will our new temporary cafe facilities at Knoll Ridge (replacing the Knoll Ridge Chalet destroyed by arson in February). We're really proud of what our staff and contractors were able to achieve in a short time frame. Come up and check it out!
At Turoa a stellar effort from the snowmaking and grooming crews has resulted in the Giant and Wintergarden opening for the season this morning. We had $2 million worth of groomers all out grooming the Wintergarden yesterday afternoon to get it ready and they made it in time - fantastic!
